Refund & Return Policy
How to make a return:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing the product from CanadaWide Liquidations. If the item you are wanting to return is outside the 30 day return window, it is unfortunately not eligible for a return.
All items being returned must be in the same condition as when they were shipped to the buyer. If you purchased an item new with tags, it must return new with tags. If the item is returned in any other condition from what was purchased a refund WILL NOT be provided when received by CanadaWide Liquidations. So please make sure to package returns with care.
Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense. They will not be returned to the customer (or the original shipping costs) when the item arrives at the office. The refund is for the cost of the product returned only.Â

Content: Please ensure that you provide us your name (as seen on the order), your order number, and the reason for return to make the return process as quick as possible.

- Package the item for return
Please ensure the item is in a bubble mailer or box for safe transit. Please put your name, order number and reason for return on a piece of paper within the box before closing. If the item arrives not in the same condition as purchased, or damaged a refund will not be given.Â

- Ship Item
Please ship items to the address below 2005 Abbott Road, PO Box 898 Kemptville, Ontario, K0G1J0 Items must have a tracking number during return transit.
