What Shipping Carrier Do You Use?
We ship all orders with Canada Post for Canada & The United States

 

Do You Offer a Cheaper Shipping Option? 

Unfortunately, there is not a cheaper shipping option. All shipping carriers have very similar costs for shipping products, and with our business account at Canada Post this allows us to bring you the best possible price. Getting a tracking number adds to the expense, but unfortunately, we don’t ship without a tracking number as this helps protect you and us if any problems come up during the shipping journey. 

 

What does DEALS mean at the end of the title on some products? 

**DEALS** within the title indicates the product has box damage to it. See condition note at the bottom of the description for more details

 

What happens if the item doesn’t fit? 

You have 30 days to return any items that you don’t wish to keep. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. 

 

What happens if the item arrives damaged / not working?

Reach out to us at info@canadawideliquidations.com and we will address this issue for you. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

 

How long do you have to return an item? 

You have 30 days to return an item from when you receive the item. 

 

When will my order ship out once I complete my purchase? 

All orders are shipped out within 24 hours of the order being complete.  Should there be any issues or delays, the customer shall be notified immediately.

 

How do I know if an item is NEW or USED? 

There are a couple ways: 

1) Any items that are not brand new have ** DEALS **, **OPEN BOX**, **NO TAGS **, or **USED** at the end of the title. If you do not see these in the title it is Brand New 

2) All listings have a condition note at the bottom of the description that gives you the best information regarding the product in the listing.
